Connects educators parents and students for seamless collaboration and efficient operations. We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Area Sales Manager to join our team and drive our growth.




Position Overview: The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for selling educational technology products and services to educational institutions including schools colleges universities and other organizations in the Edutech sector. The role involves identifying new leads managing relationships with prospective customers conducting product demos and closing sales. The Inside Sales Executive is a key part of the sales team and plays a crucial role in achieving company revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business leads through research cold calling emails and networking within the Edutech sector.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads opportunities and sales activities ensuring accurate and uptodate information.
  • Engage with potential customers (e.g. educators school administrators and institutional buyers) to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and nurture longterm relationships.
  • Conduct virtual or inperson product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Provide information on product features benefits and pricing to ensure customers understand how the solutions meet their needs.
  • Customize presentations to specific customer requirements highlighting how Edutech products improve educational outcomes.
  • Drive the sales process from initial contact to deal closure ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to secure contracts while ensuring profitability and aligning with company goals.
  • Follow up with leads and clients to address any concerns and close sales effectively.
  • Maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products and services.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and postsale support.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends products and competitors in the Edutech market.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and product teams based on customer insights and market conditions.
  • Track competitors offerings and adjust sales strategies to remain competitive.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer communications and progress within the CRM system.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports including forecasting progress against targets and key performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with promotional activities and content.
  • Collaborate with the product team to stay informed about new product launches features and updates.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies challenges and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Education or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Freshers / Minimum of 23 years of experience in inside sales preferably in the Edutech or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Knowledge of Edutech products and educational trends is an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects at once.
  • Problemsolving and adaptability in addressing customer needs and concerns.
  • Languages Telugu English Hindi any additional languages helpful)
