Launch Engine Lead (m/f/d)

Are you ready to take on a key leadership role that will shape the future of Pfizer asset launches in Germany Pfizer is seeking a dynamic and experienced Launch Engine Lead (LEL) to join our team and drive launch excellence practices in Germany. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful launch of Pfizer breakthroughs through a crossfunctional enterprise approach and globalinternationallocal coordination. As part of Patient & Healthcare Experience (P&HE) the LEL is leading a team of launch excellence managers to drive impact for Pfizer Germany.

About the role:

• As the Launch Engine Lead you will be accountable for shaping and delivering the local launch strategy enabling the country leadership team to make informed decisions on launch prioritization and resourcing. Your goal is to enable the German organization to deliver Better Faster Smarter Launches.

• You will play a critical role in identifying local gaps and issues early developing standardized launch solutions and advocating for global asset teams to maximize launch potential in Germany.

• You will be responsible for optimizing and prioritizing the pipeline for the German business. You will partner with the Country LT to prioritize launches and coordinate resource allocation to ensure optimal patient access and commercial return on investment.

• You will build local launch frameworks align with global teams exchange best practices and adapt to local market needs.

• You will develop local needs/gap analysis across the portfolio and implement/advocate for local initiatives to improve launch potential.

• You will ensure ontime achievement of key launch milestones and timely transitions between the launch engine team and relevant asset team.

• You will spearhead the of localized launch frameworks ensuring seamless franchise and global coordination.

• You will analyze the market landscape to identify key strategic issues and decisions impacting launch planning for priority assets and deliver localized brand strategy.

• You will utilize global tools such as the Digital Launch Planning Platform (DLPP) to ensure consistent standards for launch preparation across TAs.

• You will enable early decisionmaking by coordinating commercial preDP3 pipeline activities.

• You will ensure coordinated decisionmaking registration sequencing and resource allocation to maximize value for the German organization.

• You will develop and implement KPIs and success measurement for different launch phases. You will drive launch excellence by delivering handson support for priority assets in an agile WoW approach.

• You will collaborate with medical/A&V teams in the development of early engagement plans identification of local data generation needs and full understanding of patient pathways to optimize and accelerate market access.

• You will be a member of the P&HE Leadership Team collaborating with the other P&HE team leads and actively shaping and supporting One P&HE strategies goals and initiatives.

• You will lead the Launch Engine team and have 2 FTEs reporting to you

• You will be responsible for the Launch Engine OPEX budget

About You:

• You have a degree in Science Business or equivalent; an advanced degree is a plus.

• You have several years of experience in pharma/toptier consulting companies.

• You have experience in pharmaceutical product launches in Germany.

• You have a strong understanding of local access regulatory and medical environments.

• You have exceptional agile project and crossfunctional management skills.

• You have fluent language skills (C1 in German and very good English language skills
