We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Waiter to join our Food & Beverage department.As a Junior Waiter you will be at the core of our service ensuring our guests have a magical dining experience. You will support various areas within the F&B department including the Restaurant Room Service Bar and Events collaborating with your colleagues to deliver 5star service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Service:Provide outstanding service by delivering prompt friendly and attentive service. Maintain a warm and thoughtful attitude towards each guest and take initiative to make their experience extra special.
- Team Collaboration:Work together as part of the team to foster a culture of collaboration and mutual support. Assist across the F&B department as needed ensuring seamless coordination of food and beverage service.
- Knowledge and Upselling:Maintain good knowledge of menus allergens bar drinks and F&B promotions. Confidently upsell items to increase company revenue.
- Guest Relations:Recognise remember and act on all special requests allergies and occasions. Take initiative to solve guest issues and complaints where possible and ensure all guest issues are reported to management as they happen.
Who You Are:
- Experience:Previous experience of working in a food and beverage outlet (Restaurant Room Service Bar Events etc..
- Skills:Outgoing and confident personality with excellent communication skills. A flexible and willing attitude.
- Attributes:A people person who is creative forwardthinking and able to work independently.
