Job Description
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Execute and support installation supervision commissioning maintenance and Training at site.
- Knowledge of extrusion raw materials bindings and 2D 3D multilayer snacks and pasta processing.
- Delivery of topquality service and Identify customer needs.
- Achieve set targets on service deliverables / KPIs / Service revenues.
- Generate new opportunities for Spare parts upgrades tooling and services
- To follow the internal expenses and travel policies
- Execute the service of plant retrofits / upgrades.
- Close contact with customer for maintaining good relationship.
- Execute maintenance works planned service and breakdown service.
- Willingness to travel within the country and Globally at least 70 of annual working days
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelors or Technical Degree preferred
- Strong electrical aptitude including motors AC & servo drives electrical circuitry PLC and PC based control systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude including power transmission systems pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Experienced troubleshooter on electromechanical systems.
- Strong customer service orientation with a do whatever it takes attitude.
- Able to multitask and work under extreme pressure.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Selfmotivated and highly organized. Must be able to work independently..
- Be able to read/understand blueprints and mechanical/electrical drawings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate and solve problems in a logical manner.
- Knowledge of Mechanical drawings and electrical circuits wiring and schematics.
- Knowledge of English knowledge of another language appreciated Availability for national and international travel
