Your responsibilities

  • First point of contact for our national and international business partners customers and interested parties on the phone and personally
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Supporting the team in the coordination of appointments events and other daily activities
  • Data maintenance in our CRM system
  • Creating and editing letting exposs templates and presentations
  • General office organisation / ordering and managing office supplies and equipment
  • Support in the supervision of student employees / interns / trainees
  • IT support

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training e.g. in office management or the hotel industry
  • Professional experience in a comparable position ideally in a property management context
  • Structured way of working and ability to act independently
  • Confident handling of MS Office programmes and IT affinity
  • Experience in working with CRM programmes ideally EstatePro
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Good time management a high level of selfmotivation and a serviceorientated manner
  • Creativity sociability handson mentality
