Job Descriptions & Key Responsibilities:
To attend and handle all incoming and outgoing room reservation requests as per the hotel standards and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Process all reservation requests changes and cancellations in a prompt and courteous manner.
Identify guests reservation needs determine appropriate room type and verify availability of room type and rate.
Provide best options for accommodation arranging all services for guests and serve as point of contact.
To prepare statistics reports on room occupancy average room rate amongst others.
To ensure that all reservations correspondence is filed correctly and forwarded to Rooms Division Manager in a timely and organized manner.
Professional Experience & Requirements:
Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC).
At least 12 years of prior experience in similar role in hotel environment.
Positive attitude charming and analytically capable.
Excellent command of oral and written English & French.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office tools knowledge of opera is desirable.
Ability to work morning or evening shifts on Sundays or Public Holidays.
