Job Description

Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) School Based

Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Hours: FMLA; Fulltime position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is committed to helping students thrive by providing outstanding therapy and rehabilitation services. We re currently looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team and support student development and independence in a meaningful way.

In this position you ll conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students motor sensory and functional skills creating individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs. Your therapy sessions will focus on improving fine motor coordination sensory processing and essential life skills. You ll work collaboratively with teachers families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.

Responsibilities include maintaining clear accurate records of evaluations interventions and progress. You ll also provide recommendations for adaptive tools and techniques to foster autonomy contribute to IEP meetings and remain informed on the latest practices and innovations in occupational therapy.

Requirements

The ideal candidate holds a Master s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution and a valid Illinois OT license. Schoolbased experience with K12 students is preferred along with proficiency in child development educational assessments and schoolfocused therapeutic strategies. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for working with students educators families and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
