Job Description
The Senior Counsellor/ Operations Manager will be responsible for processing study abroad applications establishing a standardized operating process training a dynamic workforce and leading a team of academic counsellors. This role requires expertise in handling visa procedures working with university partners and ensuring compliance with relevant policies. The Senior Counsellor will play a key role in shaping the study abroad vision and guiding students through their academic journeys.

Key Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining policy and compliance frameworks for study abroad programs.
Creating a structured workflow for application processing document verification and student support.
Processing student visa applications and ensuring a seamless journey from application to approval.
Managing partnerships with international universities and institutions to facilitate student admissions.
Working with aggregator platforms to streamline application processes and student placements.
Assisting students in making informed decisions about courses universities and career pathways.
Training and mentoring a team of academic counsellors to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Staying updated on visa regulations admission policies and global education trends.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree form any reputed university
Experience Knowledge & Skills:
- At least 4 years of experience in student counselling visa processing or related fields.
- Handson experience in working with aggregator platforms like ApplyBoard.
- Strong background in collaborating with universities and handling student applications.
- Sound knowledge of policy and compliance regulations related to international education.
- Excellent communication organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Good to have:
- Fluent in English language in both speaking and writing
- Proficient in GSuites and other office tools
