Job Description
Courses to be taught may include General Chemistry Introductory Chemistry and General Organic and Biological Chemistry.

Desirable Qualifications
Previous teaching experience. Experience using multimodal approaches and studentcentered pedagogy to meet the needs of first generation immigrant and lowincome students.
Minimum Qualifications
Masters in chemistry OR Bachelors in chemistry or biochemistry AND Masters in biochemistry chemical engineering chemical physics physics molecular biology or geochemistry OR the equivalent. Equivalent qualifications may include related education training employment and professional experience that would be equal to the required degree(s) and experience in this field as determined by the District Equivalency Committee.
