Please note that this position requires inoffice work from Monday to Thursday at our Atlanta office in the Buckhead area. Fridays are designated as workfromhome days. Remote work options beyond this arrangement are not available for this role.

AutoLeap is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our toptier outbound SDR team. In this role you will:

  • Hunt new and unexplored leads
  • Manage your own pipeline of opportunities
  • Drive your pipeline through proper discovery value positioning and relationship management
  • Build core processes that can replicate your success


Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as part of an outbound sales team and a track record of exceeding quotas
  • Software and / or coldcall sales experience
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models
  • Ability to qualify sales leads
  • Discipline and strong process orientation
  • Proficiency in conducting discovery and exploration during coldcalling interactions.
  • Hunger to win
