Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure Chevy Chase Acura customers have an expectationexperience and trust us for all their automotive requirements
- Watch and greet customers in the ServiceLane.
- Provide a high level of customer service for allinquiries byphone text email or inperson
- Be the liaison between our customersand technicians
- Scheduling appointments and assisting with inbound customer requests
- Greeting customers promptly at their vehicle
- Completing estimated and Repair Order to standards
- Provide customer benefits of completing recommended service
Compensation & Benefits:
Commission pay
Potential to earn between $50000 to $100000 annually
