Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Manager to oversee real estate operations drive sales and manage the team of real estate agents. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful acquisition development and sale of properties in line with our companys objectives. Initially an individual contributor the role will entail hiring and managing a sales team as well.
Sales and Business Development:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities market trends and potential clients.
    • Negotiate and close real estate deals with clients and partners.
    • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients investors and partners.
Team Management:
    • Recruit train and supervise a team of real estate agents.
    • Set clear performance targets provide coaching and guidance and conduct performance evaluations.
    • Foster a collaborative and resultsdriven team culture.
Property Portfolio Management:
    • Oversee the acquisition development and management of the real estate portfolio.
    • Monitor property maintenance renovations and improvements to enhance property value.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and industry standards.
Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage budgets forecasts and financial plans for the real estate division.
    • Monitor expenses track financial performance and optimize profitability.
Marketing and Promotion:
    • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract potential buyers.
    • Create marketing materials brochures and digital content to showcase properties.
    • Reach out to potential buyers HNIs leveraging CRM
Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance market trends and property portfolio status.
    • Analyze data to make informed decisions and recommend strategic improvements.
Legal Compliance:
    • Ensure all real estate transactions adhere to local state and federal regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
  • Any Graduate any postgraduate with experience in selling luxury Real Estate projects or a similar Sales role within the hospitality aviation or similar service industry dealing with highprofile customers and HNIs.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
