Join our FrontEnd Sales Operations team as a Customer Sales Support Coordinator at Coates Group! In this role youll be the key point of contact for customer inquiries quotes and sales orders within our New Stores Remodels and Takeover programs. Your ability to handle critical customer requests and collaborate across teams will be essential in ensuring a seamless LeadtoOrder process.

Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional customer service responding promptly via phone and email.
    • Manage and track customer issues using Coates support software ensuring timely resolution.
    • Proactively engage with Franchisees to prevent order delays and handle escalations efficiently.
    • Send quotes customer inquiries and handover emails daily.
    • Ensure accurate Sales Order data for a smooth handover to the Deployment team.
    • Follow up on unresponsive customers to keep processes on track.
    • Work closely with internal teams (Sales Operations Deployment Supply Chain) to drive a customercentric culture.
    • Support process automation to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

    • High school diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred.
    • Experience in customer service or support (B2B experience a plus).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel); familiarity with Salesforce Synergy or Exact is a plus.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
    • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced highvolume environment.
    • Strong problemsolving skills and a passion for customer success.

Success Factors:

    • Timely response to customer calls and emails ensuring a turnaround within24 hours.
    • Follow up Weekly on unresponsive customers to ensure our downstream processes are not compromised
    • Send handover email to Deployment team within 48 hours of a quote being signed.
    • Collaborate with backend Sales Operations team & deployment teams to verify andensure the accuracy of all data in Sales Orders for a smoothhandover

    • Help drive process automation to improve the relationship with the customer.

$55000 $58000 a year
The annual base salary range for this position is based on the candidates experience qualifications and skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
