Job Opening: ORM Head for a Digital Advertising Agency in Mumbai

Position: ORM Head
Experience: 10 to 15 years of extensive team management experience
Location: Mumbai

Job Summary:
Asan experienced ORM Head join our digital advertising agency in Mumbai. As the ORM Head you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the online reputation of our clients brands. With your strong team management skills and indepth understanding of social media platforms you will monitor and track brand reputation across various outlets respond to influential forums and specialize in preventing and repairing online reputation issues. Your expertise in analytics social listening and grievance management will be instrumental in promoting positive and neutral content.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct a thorough audit of online information and ensure a positive reputation for the client/brand.
2. Continuously monitor and track the brands reputation across various outlets including social media search engines blogs social communities consumer forums etc.
3. Respond positively to influential or negative forums and specialize in preventing and repairing online reputation issues.
4. Utilize advanced online and offline techniques to promote positive and neutral content.
5. Manage all review content monitor other review content and handle inappropriate content.
6. Track analyze and provide recommendations for new or revised content based on review and survey data trends and anomalies.
7. Coordinate monthly meetings with clients to review account performance and provide recommendations.
8. Analyze online statistics identify ongoing trends and potential mitigation solutions and provide regular daily weekly and quarterly analyses to clients and senior management.
9. Conduct social listening and continuous sentiment analysis of marketing campaigns reporting findings to the marketing and business teams for continuous improvement with suggestions and ideas.

Qualifications:

Indepth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problemsolving attitude.
Keen attention to detail.
Proficient in analytics social listening online reputation management grievance management presentation and team management.
