The daytoday:

• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements including master services agreements statements of work influencer and talent agreements production agreements event agreements vendor agreements NDAs and other related service or license agreements.
• Training educating and advising teams about relevant legal issues and risks approval processes and company policies and procedures across various departments.
• Reviewing content for legal compliance and risk evaluation of industryspecific laws rules and regulations relating to intellectual property rights of privacy/publicity and advertising claims and disclosures.
• Conducting trademark clearance searches for developed trademarks taglines/slogans designs and other consumerfacing content.
• Developing implementing and improving of companywide form documents legal processes and procedures.
• Providing support for and collaborating with the rest of the global Legal team on a wide variety of matters as needed and assigned.

The skills and experience youll bring to the role:

• BA/BS degree and J.D. degree with admission to one or more state bars in good standing required; NY Bar admission preferred.
• 46 years of relevant legal experience preferably inhouse or at a law firm working in digital media advertising and/or production industry(ies).
• A strong and demonstrated interest in the digital advertising world social media and intellectual property matters.
• Quick learner with a strong work ethic and demonstrated initiative responsibility and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills (including effective communication of legal advice to nonlawyers and strong ability to think on your feet).
• Flexibility and readiness to work on a high volume and broad variety of matters in a fastpaced and dynamic environment with experience thinking critically practically and with an eye toward finding businessforward solutions.
• Ability to collaborate in a team setting as well as work independently to plan coordinate organize and manage several complex projects at the same time with limited supervision.

Location: This role is based in our New York office. Candidates will be expected to work in the New York office in a hybrid capacity.
