Job Description
Job Title: Inside Sales Manager
Location: Toronto ON In Office (MonFri)
Pay: $70K $80K base w/ OTE $100K $120K
About the Company: We are partnered with a HR Consulting firm to help them find 2 Inside Sales Managers to join their Toronto office.
As their Inside Sales Manager you will lead and mentor a team of inside sales consultants. Your goal is to inspire and support a successful sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of 5 inbound sales consultants.
Drive team performance daily.
Be active and supportive on the sales floor.
Coach team members to improve sales.
Conduct regular performance reviews.
Optimize CRM (Salesforce) for better performance.
Manage leads and ensure timely followup.
Identify training needs and work with trainers.
Requirements:
5 years of experience managing a sales team.
Prior sales experience (facetoface or phone).
Strong communicator with a lively personality.
Ambitious driven and teamfocused.
Resilient and open to learning.
Thrives in a targetbased environment.
