Job Description
Inception and Survey of Land & plant
Analyse drawings Documents reports related Civil activities.
of lay out for the footings and columns installation.
Communicate with vendors and subcontractors for smooth of work at site.
Following Installation Guidelines provided to them for installation of plant
Coordinating with different departments to smoother of projects.
Responsible to carry out the specified inspection / test in accordance with relevant Inspection/ Test Plans and ensure that Quality Records are maintained and signed off by the Project Director / Construction Manager / Consultants / Client.
Verify and certify running bills raised by I&C / Agencies as per actual site work progress.
Review of project planning scheduling and monthly progress reports.
Responsible for of work as per Quality Control plan and Safety Plan (HSE Norms).
To monitor everyday site work progress & submission of site progress report to HO i.e. overall site work monitoring.
Coordinate with Contractors to ensure the project is delivered as per technical specification and compliance.
Responsible for daily site quantity calculation to forecast the material requirement labor
requirement plant and equipment.
Responsible for preparation of method statements
Responsible to assist and ensure all surveying work i.e. building demarcation levels & grids etc.
Direct the construction and operation activities at site.
Prepare reinforcement details BBS (Bar Bending Schedule).
Prepare the measurement sheet for contractor billing.
Precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.
Ensure the verification of documentation and certificates for materials purchased by vendors as per ISO norms.
