The Marketing Automation Specialist will leverage the latest technology and tools to automate marketing workflows and tasks across the full digital spectrum including social media marketing email marketing and other digital marketing tactics. This role involves creating implementing and optimizing digital marketing strategies collaborating with stakeholders including inside sales and performing other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and optimize automated marketing campaigns to nurture leads drive engagement and grow the customer base
- Utilize the latest technology and tools to automate marketing workflows and tasks
- Build and launch email campaigns and product nurture campaigns. This may include email template setup drip campaign setup A/B testing scheduling tracking and measuring KPIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders including inside sales and other crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Report campaign results regularly and provide recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
- Measure and optimize marketing automation programs with a focus on driving engagement efficiency and scalability
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and digital marketing platforms including Active Campaign Google Analytics WordPress SEMrush and/or similar tools/platforms
- Experience in B2C marketing preferred
- Strong organizational project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
