Job Description
Chevy Chase Acura is looking for a dynamic Finance Manager who can streamline and enhance the customer experience from start to finish. As a Finance Manager you will act as a expert guidance on selecting the best financing options to meet their needs.

Responsibilities
- Handle desking rate quotes and completing paperwork to federal state and company standards.
- Develop and monitor guidelines for working with the customer to ensure top customer satisfaction and a seamless buying process
- Assist with overseeing and monitoring the performance and managing internet leads
- Coach and train sales staff on new and certified programs.
- Coach and train sales staff to enhance the development of skills and valuebuilding of sales processes
- Coach and train the sales staff regarding the benefits of financing insurance and VSCs
- Coach and train the sales staff to maximize appointment ratio from internet leads.
Qualifications
- Knowledge or ability to quickly comprehend software for DMS FI menu CRM and management tools
- Thoroughly understanding new and preowned CPO programs Knowledge of computer systems and related programs and being informed of all factory incentives and programs.
- Automotive Sales Management 2 yrs. preferred) & Automotive F&I Management 2 yrs. preferred)
- Understanding of compliance regulation
- Ability to understand and utilize incentive programs for Lease retail or cash
