Job Description
What Youll Do
- Lead product strategy and roadmap development for Relyance AIs suite of products. Work directly with the founder and CEO on the core strategy and vision.
- Conduct deep customer research and market analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
- Translate customer insights into detailed product specifications and use cases.
- Ensuring alignment with business goals and customer value.
- Collaborate closely with R&D throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Define and monitor key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with sales and customer success to enable successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Evangelize and communicate Relyance AIs product and vision directly with customers analysts and the global community of practitioners.
Who You Are
- 7 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of success in the enterprise SaaS space.
- Deep understanding of data privacy data security and/or AI governance challenges faced by modern businesses.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Datadriven mindset with a focus on using metrics to measure product performance and customer impact.
- Passion for building innovative products that solve realworld problems for businesses.
- You understand agentic workflows and/or have done something similar in the past.
Bonus Points
- Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR CCPA EU AI Act) and industry standards (e.g. ISO 27001.
- Familiarity with data security posture management (DSPM) Data Catalog GRC and/or Observability solutions.
- Experience working with AI/ML technologies and understanding their implications for data governance.
