Our client is a leading engineering and construction company that generates over $110.00 million in sales. The company undertakes civil structural projects and other construction and engineering projects all around Saudi Arabia.
They are currently looking for a Project Manager to be based in Taif 180 KM from Riyadh)
Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Qualification & Requirements:

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and Project Planning & Control
- Translate the Company / Project objectives policies and requirements in a Project Plan.
- Implement Project Plans and monitor performance against Project Plan parameters coordinate and followup areas of concern analyze trends takes corrective action and report.
- Ensures that all tasks have been clearly defined and understood by the Site Management and responsibilities that are assigned and associated authorizations delegated.
- Provides leadership maintains good personnel relations and provides support.
- Monitors career development and appraise personnel.
- Provides training / support for skill and career developments as required.
- Coordinates and liaise with Client and other external stakeholders.
- Coordinates and liaise with the Companys Discipline Operations and Commercial management;
- Structures and maintains information / communication flows between upstream and downstream parties.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Degree in any Engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years experience in engineering of which at least 10 years in project management.
- Excellent organisational planning and time management skills
- Logical thinking with creative problemsolving ability
- Saudi nationals are preferred
