We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our AI team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and enhancing our testing frameworks automating the testing processes and ensuring the quality and security of our AIdriven products. This is not a typical QA role; we are looking for a Quality Engineer who can design and implement automated testing solutions within CI/CD pipelines and has a deep understanding of endpoint black box and integration testing.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
Conduct endpoint testing black box testing and integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of AI products.
Design develop and integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipelines to achieve continuous integration and continuous delivery/test cycles.
Work collaboratively with the development team to understand product architectures and features and design robust scalable and highquality test solutions.
Apply a deep understanding of AI models to develop and execute testing strategies for AI guardrails ensuring products operate safely and efficiently under various conditions.
Proactively identify areas of weaknesses in the product and suggest improvements in product features reliability and security.
Emulate the mindset of a breaker to identify vulnerabilities aiming to expose potential points of failure or security risk in the system.
Collaborate with product management engineering and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and create a comprehensive test strategy.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software testing and AI technology and apply this knowledge to improve testing strategies.
**Qualifications:**
5years of experience as an SDET Software Engineer or in a similar role with a strong emphasis on automated testing and quality engineering.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python Java or JavaScript.
Strong experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g. Selenium Cypress TestNG JUnit).
Indepth knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines such as Jenkins GitLab or CircleCI.
Experience with testing AI models or applications including understanding AI security bias and performancerelated testing.
Demonstrated ability to perform blackbox and graybox testing as well as possess a deep understanding of integration testing.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically about systems and solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
**Desirable Skills:**
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud) and understanding of AI/ML services offered by them.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of data privacy and security compliance standards.
Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
