The Governance & Operations Lead is part of the People Experience Global Workplace Experience team (GWE). The GWE team is responsible for all of the real estate facilities and overall workplace experience as well as Global Security and Aviation
What You Will Achieve
The Governance & Operations Lead is responsible for the implementation and effective of GWE global business and operational initiatives. The role has a strong focus on process development and improvement driving a strong culture across the team effective governance and creating efficient business operations ensuring alignment across the team.
This secondment role is an exciting opportunity to develop new skills learn about a dynamic new area and make new connections across the company.
You will utilize project management process development continuous improvement and interpersonal skills to support and drive alignment and implementation.This role reports to the Business Performance and Operations Lead and plays a pivotal part in implementing governance strategies within GWE aligning with regulatory requirements industry standards and Pfizers strategic objectives.
How You Will Achieve It
Define governance structures and processes including stakeholders roles / responsibilities Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and escalation points
Periodically review demonstrated performance vs. targetsand launch initiatives as needed to improve performance
Lead and manage GWE communication and colleague engagement initiatives (e.g. Town Halls colleague feedback sessions etc)
Lead GWE culture champion team
Drive daytoday operational support for GWE including enterprise priorities key interactions meetings presentations etc.
Manage GWE Summer Worker program
Lead and manage the talent performance management / colleague growth process within GWE in alignment and coordination with PX processes and objectives
Collaborate with the Data Insights Lead to align technology systems and solutions with governance structures promoting efficiency and security
Qualifications
MustHave
Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 5 years of experience; OR a masters degree with at least 3 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0 years of experience; OR as associates degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience in Business Administration Real Estate.
Experience or interest in business operations governance
Proven ability in managing planning and operational activities
Organized and detailoriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
