Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Increases and maintains community census
- Arranges and conducts onsite tours and offsite visits with prospective residents and their families for the purpose of discovery.
- Continuously creates unique and personal follow up for prospects and their families.
- Facilitates and assists with the completion of the resident movein process and completes all necessary paperwork.
Requirements:
- 3 years selling experience
- Senior living experience preferred
- Must possess exceptional communication skills adept at conveying messages with conviction and confidence
- Demonstrates understanding of one on one sales strategy an implementation.
- Computer skills including MS Office and CRM/Contact management systems i.e. SHERPA/Aline
- Selfmotivated and goaldriven
- Time management organizational followup and multitasking skills
- Ability to deliver results and meet performance/sales goals
- Demonstrated understanding and support of the mission and philosophy of FellowshipLIFE Inc.
- Must be hospitality and customer service focused
- Bachelors Degree (B.S.B.A. from a fouryear college or university
