    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Must PREQUALIFY by attaching proof of:
    Enrollment in a Masters or higher level degree program leading to a degree in marriage family and child counseling marital and family therapy psychology clinical psychology counseling psychology with an emphasis in marriage family and child counseling or social work with an emphasis in clinical social work from a school college or university accredited by the Western Association of Schools of Colleges or an essentially equivalent accrediting agency as determined by the Board of Behavioral Sciences Examiners;
    And
    Coursework completed or in progress in counseling theory and techniques assessment and treatment planning legal and ethical issues child and
    elder abuse substance abuse and dependency human sexuality human growth and development and cultural differences;
    And
    Practicum completed or in progress in individual counseling in group counseling and in marriage and family counseling;
    And
    At least one semester of volunteer counseling experience at the White House Counseling Center (recommendation of White House supervisor required).

    Counselor Intern II Must PREQUALIFY by attaching proof of:
    Completion of a Masters Degree in marriage family and child counseling marital and family therapy psychology clinical psychology counseling psychology counseling with an emphasis in marriage family and child counseling or social work with an emphasis in clinical social work from a school college or university accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges or an essentially equivalent accrediting agency as determined by the Board of Behavioral Sciences Examiners;
    And
    At least one semester of experience as a Counselor Intern I at the White House Counseling Center;
    And
    Recommendation for advancement by White House Counseling

    REQUIRED MATERIALS THAT MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH APPLICATION:
    If providing transcripts they must be OFFICIAL transcripts as unofficial transcripts are not accepted. If your degree/transcripts are from a foreign college or university YOU MUST have coursework evaluated for its equivalency to a degree /transcripts received from an accredited United States college or university and provide results.

    Must be available work Monday Friday up to 8 hours per day. Provide proof of any combination of training education and experience which demonstrates ability to perform the duties of the position.
