Job Description
ProductDesignand Development of Auto Componentsmachining
Technical Expertise:
- Part Design and Assembly Drafting
- Receive the RFQ from the customer to study the drawings and if needed data conversion from 2D to 3D and drafting
- Preparation of BOM and Project Estimations (Raw Material New Machine and New Tooling Costs).
- Feasibility Study of the new projects (Inhouse/outsourced).
- Design of newTools Dies and Gauges.
- Develop Proto Sample with inspection report to send to customer receive feedback assessment and Corrective Action
- Preparation of PFD and documenting Control Plan FMEA and PPAP Document for new product approval.Preparation of process layout.
- Preparation of APQP documentation during newproduct development.
- Improvements Tool Fixtures and Jigs
- Process Design and Development
- Reduce the number of operations/ Process cycle time.
Technical Expertise:
- Solid edge
- Solid works
- AutoCAD 2D &3Ddesign and drafting)
- CREO (Part Design and Assembly Drafting)
- Tekla 2D Drafting)
- Exposure to IATF QMS Core Tools. (APQP PPAP FMEA MSA & SPC) would be a plus
