Key Skills:
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines or SLAs
- 1 years experience on Windows SharePoint on premises& 2019 & Office 365
- Addition knowledge on Migration tools SharePoint Online
- An analytical mind with an eye for detail
- Problemsolving and anticipating problems before they happen
- An ability to learn new technologies quickly
- An ability to follow processes
- Strong documentation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
