Job Description
Be the change! We are seeking dedicated team members to join a creative flexible and intensive communitybased team striving to eliminate emergency room boarding for kids and instead to do what it takes to keep them safe at home with their families. This position will specifically entail working with the Department of Mental Health in our Emergency Department Diversion program. You will work on a team with a BCBA Clinician and support staff to meet the unique needs of individuals and/or families through assessment safety planning coaching psychoeducation skill building and connections to informal and formal will travel to families homes and other community locations to best serve the clients youre working with.
This is a parttime position.
JRI provides the training so that:
- YOU will work alongside Clinicians BCBAs and Therapeutic Support Specialists to support the delivery of strengthbased peertopeer education coaching role modeling guidance and support services.
- YOU will utilize your caregiving experiences to enhance the lives of youth who are presenting with difficult and challenging behaviors and their families.
- YOU will support families in navigating multiple systems of care and enable parents and caregivers to learn effective advocacy skills.
Bilingual a plus!! We offer a bilingual bonus to any candidate who speaks reads and writes in a different language other than English.
