Job Description

Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Manager (Government Projects) to lead and develop our government business for our furniture and doors/windows division. The Government Business Head will be responsible for identifying government business opportunities developing relationships with government agencies and ensuring compliance with all government regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government sales and marketing excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Role & responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies for identifying and pursuing government business opportunities for our furniture and doors/windows division.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies procurement officials and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor government procurement portals and identify upcoming opportunities.
  • Participate in government procurement processes and lead proposal development efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations and requirements.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our furniture and doors/windows products to government customers.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams including operations finance and legal to ensure that all government business activities are executed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on government business activities and performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience 410 yrs Minimum of 2 years of experience in government sales and marketing with a proven track record of identifying and pursuing government business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication collaboration and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations.
  • Experience in the furniture or doors/windows industry is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
