Peoplesoft Functional Lead Business Analyst

Required Skills:
- Experience with full life cycle PeopleSoft Implementation Support Enhancements projects.
- Good understanding of PeopleSoft applications with strong knowledge on Procurement Inventory Order Management Cash Management Billing Accounts Receivable General Ledger
- Hands on experience in the latest version of PeopleSoft 9.2
- Strong SQL skills is a must
- Willing to work in shifts (morning/afternoon)
- Experience in Requirement gathering functional solution defining new business process fit/gap analysis and resolutions creating functional designs conducting CRPs
- Understand Business terminology and ability to talk directly to customer on Business Requirements
- Ability to provide solutions for new requirements from business users
- Experience with writing functional designs and testing for interfaces customizations and coordinating with technical teams
- Must have done 2 or more project implementations in PeopleSoft or part of multi module support
- Excellent communication skills
