Job Overview
We are is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role with a strong background in the manufacturing and automotive industry. This is a fulltime position based in Chakan Maharashtra India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of product quality standards and manufacturing processes
- Experience in implementing and managing quality improvement initiatives
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and methodologies
- Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications in quality management (e.g. Six Sigma) is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify any deviations from quality standards
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address and resolve any qualityrelated issues
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent quality issues
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Develop and maintain documentation of quality processes and procedures
- Train employees on quality control processes and procedures
- Monitor supplier quality performance and establish improvement plans as needed
