SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Bristol (Clifton) BS8
Salary: OTE 32k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a wellknown lettings agency with offices in Bristol.
The ideal candidate will be smart wellpresented enthusiastic articulate ambitious and keen! You must be able to demonstrate an excellent track record within the property industry and show that you have considerable expertise about residential lettings and at negotiating tenancy agreements.
The ideal candidate for this Senior Lettings Negotiator position should have experience in residential lettings industry and specifically be capable of spotting business opportunities.
The Company: Our client is a leading Estate Agent with a wellregarded name and highly successful offices across the South West of England.
Skills required for this Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Previous lettings experience essential
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner
- Wellpresented and wellspoken
- Ambitious and selfmotivated
- Local knowledge of Bristol is beneficial
- Full driving license and car owner
