Job Description

We are seeking aLitigation Docketing Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of docket experience to support our team in one of the following offices: Chicago Cincinnati Cleveland Columbus Dayton Indianapolis or Minneapolis. The Litigation Docketing Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining electronic calendars for all litigation events due dates and obligations for attorneys ensuring accurate and timely docketing to support the firms litigation practice. All employees operate under a Client First philosophy prioritizing exceptional service to clients in every aspect of our work.

Candidate Parameters

  • 5 years of docketing experience with a rulebased calendaring system
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong understanding of court operations and the litigation process
  • Ability to interpret complex legal documents and court rules
  • Detailoriented and able to handle a high level of mental effort
