Job Description
Are you able to provide our customers with excellent IT assistance Then you are the person we are looking for!
Our ideal applicant will be providing clients with retail software and IT assistance.
This is an energetic and positive environment that will allow you to grow.
You will be assisting all Arch System users with calls/queries that are logged on a daytoday basis within SLA. The calls and queries would range from Hardware Arch Retail Software and 3rd Party queries (Eft Airtime Loyalty etc).
Your investigative skills will come in handy when dealing with more complex calls/queries and escalate calls that you arent able to resolve.
Your IT qualification as well as 3 experiences in a similar environment will get you to the next stage!
