e & Responsibilities *Learning & Development Managing Learning & Development process through Training need identification Competency mapping trainer management and training plan & as well as learning evaluation process. *Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Managing the recruitment process through IJP & EJP Screening applicants and induction process also involved in succession planning & exit management. *Organizational Development Formulating Policies SOPs MIS for the department & management. Maintaining & Organizing documentation for ISO OHSAS and Safety Audit activities also involved in the organizations development planning. Responsible for 5 S and safety related departmental objectives and other requirements as per ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001. *Performance & Compensation Management Ensuring the effective performance management process with SMART goal setting & monitoring mechanism. Also ensuring total & equal compensation with employee centric policy adherence. *Employee Recognition Engaged in various HR activities such as Appraisal process Employee recognition through various programs Talent management. *CSR & Industrial Training Management Effective participation in CSR activities of the organization with Project planning & . Managing all the industrial training program for the management & technical college students. *Admin & Facility Responsible for facility management for employees & visitors like transport canteen office administration.
