Mobigic Technologies Private Limitedis seeking an experienced Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer with 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering endtoend FSL enterpriselevel projects and possess deep expertise in FSL Data Model Dispatcher Console Scheduling Policies Mobile App Configuration and related components. Requirements
- Lead the design development and implementation of FSL solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements analyze business processes and define solution architectures for FSL implementations.
- Configure and customize FSL components including but not limited to Field Service Processes Work Orders Service Appointments Service Resources and Service Territories.
- Develop custom functionality using Salesforce technologies such as Apex Triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows to extend the capabilities of FSL.
- Integrate FSL with other Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud Service Cloud etc. and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Platform Events and other integration tools.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members on FSL best practices design patterns and development methodologies.
- Perform code reviews unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure the quality performance and scalability of FSL solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest releases and features of Salesforce platform including FSL enhancements and evaluate their potential impact on existing implementations.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Business Analysts to support ongoing maintenance enhancements and optimization of FSL solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations.
- Proven experience in delivering at least 2 endtoend FSL enterpriselevel projects from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Indepth understanding of FSL Data Model Dispatcher Console Scheduling Policies Mobile App Configuration and related functionalities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex Triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce administration concepts including user setup profiles permission sets roles and security.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels effectively.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant or equivalent certifications are preferred.
