Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and commissioning of freeze drying equipment and isolators at client locations
Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical/electrical systems and control panels
Conducting preventive maintenance and service visits
Providing technical support and training to customers on equipment handling
Coordination with the design and production team for technical feedback
Preparing service reports documentation and customer feedback
Ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
Willingness to travel across India and occasionally abroad for onsite support
Qualifications :
Key Skills & Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
15 years of relevant experience in industrial machinery or capital equipment service
Basic knowledge of PLC sensors and control systems is an added advantage
Ability to read engineering drawings and wiring diagrams
Strong problemsolving skills and customer handling ability
Good communication and documentation skills
Flexibility to travel and work in varied environments
