What Its Like Working With Us:
Walk through the door at Gypsy Kitchen on the second floor of Buckhead Village and youll know youre about to experience something specialan eclectic bohemian escape & culinary adventure.
What Youll Be Doing
We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the companys specifications and to set up stations for menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. Duties include:
  • Set up and stocking stations with all necessarysupplies.
  • Prepare food for service (e.g.chopping vegetables butchering meat or preparing sauces)
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchenstaff.
  • Answer report and follow managementsinstructions.
  • Clean up station and take care of leftoverfood.
  • Stock inventory appropriately
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timelyfashion.
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safetystandards.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers andcustomers.
What We Require of You
  • Previous experience is preferred but not required.
