Job Description
A leading payment aggregator and provider of secure payment solutions is looking for a dynamic and proactive Integration Specialist to join their growing team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a solutiondriven individual who enjoys client consultation problemsolving and ensuring seamless systems connectivity without coding! Youll be the goto expert for system integrations ensuring smooth technical onboarding and support for clients. Youll work alongside internal and external stakeholders monitor integrations consult clients through the process and troubleshoot technical issues all while enjoying a culture that values innovation initiative and teamwork.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Relevant tertiary IT qualification.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL IT systems monitoring and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Experience in customer support within a tech/IT environment.
- Background in Financial Services or Payments Industry (understanding reconciliation & settlement processes is beneficial).
- Support and stage monitoring of Biller integrations.
- Ad hoc SQL report generation.
- Transaction irregularity monitoring across the value chain.
- Technical client consultations and support postintegration.
- Troubleshooting log investigations and live environment testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve integration issues.
