Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic systems used in steel structure manufacturing processes.
- Ensure optimal performance of hydraulic presses bending machines shearing machines and other heavy fabrication equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns.
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for hydraulic failures to improve system reliability.
- Monitor hydraulic fluid conditions leakage control and efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure seamless plant operations.
- Maintain documentation of maintenance activities spare parts inventory and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and best practices.
- Lead and train the maintenance team to enhance technical capabilities and efficiency.
