Job Description
Specialising in premium pet foods and accessories Absolute Pets is the leading pet retailer in South Africa with over 170 stores across the country.
Our team of experts is looking for a passionate and driven Warehouse Supervisor to join the Absolute Pets team at one of our Warehouse in Pinetown KZN.
If you want to join our team these are a few of the key areas that you will need to be responsible for:
Responsible for overseeing the picking packing and distribution of stock.
Daily reporting to the Head of Logistics..
Guidance and supervision of Warehouse Assistants
Liaise with the Regional Manager on stock requirements for KZN stores
Organise and maintain stock and storage areas
Route schedule and prepare stock for delivery
Responsible for safekeeping and managing all stock
Ensure safety rules and regulations are adhered to
The completion of ad hoc duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager and Head of Logistics.
Qualifications personal traits and experience
Matric
Product knowledge advantageous
Warehouse experience
Problem solver
Organised and detailoriented
Good communication skills
Reliable transport
