Duties & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Production Technician specializing in aircraft electrical looms you will be responsible for the assembly testing and maintenance of electrical wiring looms used in aircraft. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the aerospace industry while working with cuttingedge technology. Key Responsibilities:
Assemble electrical looms according to technical drawings specifications and quality standards.
Inspect test and troubleshoot looms to ensure they meet both functional and safety standards.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure accurate and efficient production processes.
Perform quality control checks on finished products and maintain detailed production records.
Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times while working in the production environment.
Maintain equipment and machinery in optimal working condition.
Ensure the timely completion of production tasks meeting deadlines and quality targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in electrical assembly ideally within the aerospace industry or similar highprecision sectors.
Solid knowledge of aircraft electrical systems and loom wiring.
Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Ability to use hand tools measuring instruments and electrical testing equipment.
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
A background in electrical engineering or related disciplines is preferred.
