Our client an expert in the transport and logistics industry is looking for a resultsoriented Sales Representative focused on generating new business leads fostering relationships with existing clients and driving sales growth.
Duties:
- Drive sales growth within current client base.
- Targets achieved as per agreement with Sales Manager.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Technical support issues Billing or payment questions
- Complaints or feedback Delivery issues
- Account changes or updates
- PODs Quotations ETAS
- Rate proposals Cash clients Queries
- Assisting accounts in getting payments in on time by addressing issues & resolving any paymentrelated issues or concerns
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
- Valid drivers license and your own vehicle.
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans
- Sales/Marketing qualification (Advantageous)
- 3 years experience in transport and logistic sales
- Capable of multitasking and effectively prioritizing daily tasks
Benefits
Basic Salary R20000 R25 000 commission to be earned.
