Job Description
Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave our team is in search of parttime Child Care Attendants for our Fitness Center! If you enjoy working with children and have availability to work weekday mornings from 7:45 am 1:15 pm then this job is for you!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help to maintain a safe fun and interactive center that is clean and organized
- Supervise and participate in activities with children
- Demonstrate good judgment alertness and selfcontrol in the presence of children and when performing assigned responsibilities
- Relate to children with patience acceptance and respect
- Monitor check in/out procedures and have an accurate headcount of children at all times
- Contact parent/guardian if necessary to assist with discipline issues and attend to personal needs of children such as feeding and diaper changes etc.
- Other duties as assigned
To be a great fit youll have:
- Availability to work weekday morning shifts from 7:45 am 1:15 pm
- An enthusiastic energetic and creative personality!
- Detail oriented with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Previous experience working with children a plus but not required
- Patience positivity and must enjoy working with children!
