Job Description
Job Title: Soldering Technician
Pay Rate:$18$20 per hour (DOE)
Pay Rate:$18$20 per hour (DOE)
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform soldering tasks following industry standards and company requirements.
- Evaluate received materials for compliance with specifications.
- Inspect workmanship to ensure it meets documented requirements and quality standards.
- Record inspection results and prepare reports.
- Analyze defects and investigate root causes to improve processes.
- Provide guidance and clarity to process technicians regarding soldering quality.
- Document conformance and maintain accurate quality records.
- Follow all Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and company policies.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Knowledge of IPCA610 and JSTD001 standards.
- Handson experience in soldering electronic components.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
- Experience working in a qualitycontrolled manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
