Are you a skilled problem solver with a knack for fixing things We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team and keep our apartment community running smoothly!
The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC electrical systems plumbing repairs and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various appliances as well as the skills to prepare apartments for new resident move ins.
Qualifications
Maintenance Technician duties include but are not limited to:
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing electrical HVAC appliances etc.
- Responding to resident service requests with a smile
- Keeping the property in top shape with preventative maintenance
- Working alongside a great team in a fastpaced environment
What we are looking for:
- Experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of basic repairs and troubleshooting
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work oncall as needed
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be certified to work with refrigerant. We can assist with testing and certification.
- Tools reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. We can assist with tools purchase if needed!
