Your Role:
- Define and maintain QC parameters as per product standards.
- Ensure positive release of products and calibration of monitoring equipment.
- Coordinate with external QC agencies and handle customer complaints.
- Drive continuous improvement through customer assessments and corrective actions.
- Conduct customer audits to minimize complaints and improve ratings.
- Lead new part development and handle PPAP documentation.
- Support production management and ensure compliance with quality safety and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in injection molding (cooler/washing machine/electrical parts/automobile industry).
- Strong leadership skills with a handson approach.
- Expertise in ISO documentation and IATF standards.
- Educational background in DPT/DPMT Polymer Science Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
