- Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact
- Nurturing leads through the sales process.
- Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.
- Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the clients needs/goals.
- Greeting all members
- Giving tours of the facility to new members
- Answer the phones in a professional manner
- Scheduling clients for initial training sessions
- Ability to multitask
- Takes advantage of downtime to exceed expectations
- Proficient in MindBody (Canva is a plus)
- Serving attitude
- About 2030 hours per week
- Paid hourly commission
- Reliable transportation to attend outoffacility events
- Ability to set up a tent and a table at events
- Rotating weekends required
The Performance Specialist will report directly to the General Manager. Both the GM and the Performance Specialist will work on scheduling calls business development and community outreach.
