Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a BoardCertified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide highquality medical care through home visits in Bronx. NY. Qualifications:
- Education: Masters degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Licensure: Active NY State NP License (required)
- Certification: Board Certification required
- Experience: Must have at least 1 year of experience working as a PMHNP
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in physical assessments diagnostic reasoning and treatment planning
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication adaptability and compassion for homebound patients
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive inhome physical examinations
- Document medical histories and symptoms
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and therapies
- Provide patient and family education on disease management
- Coordinate care with physicians and specialists
- Utilize the provided scribe for efficient documentation
