Job Summary:Support the performance mediamarketing strategy for our D2C operations across personal care brands andcategories focusing on optimizing digital advertising campaigns to achievesales and growth objectives. The ideal candidate will also serve as the digitalthought leader helping to identify trends evolving best practices and newtechnologies/tools for all digital efforts that drive engagement and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a performancemedia strategy for customer acquisition retention and revenue growth.
Set and monitor Kepis for digitalmarketing campaigns.
2. Campaign Management:
Plan implement and optimizemultichannel digital marketing campaigns (e.g. Google Ads Facebook AdsInstagram).
Manage budget allocation for optimalROI.
Adjust strategies based on campaignperformance analysis.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
Track measure and report oncampaign performance using analytics tools.
Provide datadriven insights andrecommendations for future marketing strategies.
4. Collaboration:
Lead the performance media marketingteam for the Business
Work with the creative team on adcreatives and messaging.
Align marketing efforts with productlaunches and promotions.
Coordinate with external agenciesand vendors.
5. Market and Competitor Analysis:
Conduct market research to stayupdated on industry trends and competitors.
Identify growth opportunities andareas for improvement.
Requirements
Required Knowledge and Skills:
1. Experience:
36 years Proven performance marketing experience preferably in D2Ccompanies or personal care.
Success in driving customeracquisition and revenue growth.
2. Technical Skills:
Proficiency with digital marketingplatforms and tools (e.g. Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook BusinessManager).
Strong analytical skills for datainterpretation and decisionmaking.
Knowledge of SEO and contentmarketing is a plus.
3. Communication and Collaboration:
Excellent communication skills.
Team management skills.
Effective collaboration withcrossfunctional teams.
Strong project management skills.
4. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with D2C business modelsand ecommerce platforms.
Familiarity with CRM systems andmarketing automation tools.
Relevant digital marketingcertifications.
